ltan Kudarat schools division office. Although Balancio managed to escape unharmed after entering a cooperative office, his parked vehicle (MAQ 3509) was fired upon by the assailants on motorcycles. Unfortunately, his wife Norilyn, 51, who was inside the car, sustained minor injuries from glass debris.

Lt. Col. Richelu Alucilja, the town police chief, reported that the attackers swiftly fled the scene, leaving authorities to determine whether the motive behind the attack was work-related or stemmed from a personal grudge. (PNA)
