A four-year-old girl is going to celebrate
her birthday at the Calaanan Relocation site on July 30, 2017.
Violet Colline Naga Escol is going to be
four years old come July 30. It’s been 3 years already that her birthday was
always coupled with gift-giving and feeding to the less fortunate children in
the relocation.
Part of the birthday bash will be a feeding
program and gift-giving to the less fortunate children at the relocation. There
will be around 50 children, mostly surviving victims of Typhoon Sendong that
kill thousands of people and damage to millions of properties few years ago.
“We usually do feeding and gift-giving to
the less fortunate kids especially during birthdays, Christmas, New Year and Valentine’s
Day. This is already our commitment to at least make them happy in our own
little ways,” feeding and gift-giving organizer Joel Escol said.
He thanked all people who, in one way or
another, help realize this worthwhile activity. He said among the top sponsor
this year is Chad Hardy from the United States.
“Thank you so much Chad. God will
reciprocate your kindness and give you tenfold of His blessings,” Escol said
during a huddle with this writer.
Violet Colline Naga Escol, is the daughter
of Julie Pearl and Vanjoe Escol. She is also the granddaughter of SEO expert
Joel and Web Content Writer Evangeline Escol.
