Hurricane-rated Garage Doors

As hurricane season approaches, your home becomes your primary defense against the storm. While many people focus on securing windows and doors, they often overlook a critical component—the garage door. During a storm, high winds can cause a standard garage door to collapse, leaving your home exposed to serious damage. If you’ve seen hurricane coverage on the news, you've likely noticed the importance of strong, durable barriers. This is where hurricane-rated garage doors come into play. Designed to withstand extreme weather, these doors provide extra protection for your home, ensuring that your garage remains intact even in the face of severe winds. For homes in Des Moines, where weather conditions can be unpredictable, having a hurricane-rated garage door is essential to ensure the safety of your property.
